Its my belief that this stuff keeps happening because someone wants it to happen. No one was fired for 9/11 in fact the only people who suffered for it was the whistle blowers who stepped forward. No one was fired for the attempted bombing in Detroit at Christmas. Even though the bomber got on the plane without a passport. Witnesses say that someone "well dressed" helped escort him onto the plane and get him his ticket and he sat quietly the whole time he was on fire as if in a "trance". Also people on board say someone was taping the entire flight and the event. But our government says he acted alone. If we dig even further back the original trade center bombing that killed 6 people and wounded hundreds more we find out the FBI knew in advance and could have switched the explosives for harmless powder but didn't and no one was fired than either. Could it be that someone in our government want these things to succeed for their own agenda?

I hate to think of conspiracy, but it "could be" that someone in our government wants these things to succeed. The farther we go, the more possible it seems. After seeing the way they treat the "suspects" and attitudes toward them, I'm even more inclined to think this way.

I feel that there is one of two possibilities 1.) our government is completely corrupt and their is a hidden group that is pulling the strings to try to get away with these things or 2.) there is a secret war going on inside the government with two sides that seem to be at opposite ends of the spectrum. With recent events and the more I learn I am inclined to believe #1 is the case but I pray that there is still enough good people left inside of our government that the case is #2 and they are fighting to keep these kinds of things from happening. But I cant accept that these things just happened and that its only coincidences, if it walks like a duck and looks like a duck....

I have to agree, as much as I'd like not to. I think your #1 is closer to the truth. There have to be some good people in the government, but with the gangster tactics this administration has been known to use, they're probably under attack.
