Well, if you practice yoga, I'd love to hear the benefits of Yoga from you. I have heard a lot about Yoga asanas to strengthen the muscles, bones and improve the overall blood flow and how Yoga changes a man's life. I have a very little experience in yoga. I would like to continue it but before that I want to hear what are all the benefits of doing yoga asanas and what is the best time to do it...

I am by no means an expert and I have not been practicing for quite some time, but I do hope to get back into it. When I did Yoga every day I did not need to take medication for my stomach problems, I was almost completely stress free, and I did not have trouble sleeping. Those three factors had a huge impact on my life - it was after I had my second child and began working outside of the home that I no longer had time for Yoga anymore. I could benefit from it so much during this time in my life...

om - indus valley civilization
Very clever VinceMcMahon, at this stage you alone wants to reap the benefits of Yoga while Marginalizing the the YOGA/MANKIND it self, you are yet to start it that too only after getting all the feedback's its very very mean to not only to the whole of Science of Yoga even not providing enough respect for the then culture which is even older then the Indus Valley Civilization. At this juncture one must not get carried away that this IVC was the present day India sub-continent in fact,Our history depicts/states that it was the first such civilization on the earth,Its the womb of everything what we see today all the bad as well as the good,It had given birth to many of the rough-states by inflicting/sacrificing deep cut on its soul, but still smiling. So its not only YOGA its all about the then world or culture the religion, the mankind and their thoughts and the present day generations from the past. Its Too Big to be understood one has to take birth but not one but if not thousand at least 100+ to get it a bit....... http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2109865.aspx
