here in my country they say that when you have a mirror in your bathroom and you face it and say bloody mary thirteen times and/or your eyes are close while the lights are turned off.. they say that when you open your eyes again and look at the mirror, you'll see bloody mary!.. it was scary.. but i remembered trying it when i was a kid.. luckily nothing happened.. but up until now, i'm still frightened just thinking about it..

Ha ha - I remember that when I was a kid! I also remember some friends truly believing in that story . . . and I even had a couple friends who swear up and down that they tried it and really did appear ! I never bought that story . . . I always thought it was silly. That being said, I hate looking in the mirror in the dark . . . for whatever reason it creeps me out!

No I don't believe in Bloody Mary. It is just a legend. The only bloody mary that I believe in is the drink :D

I am not actually sure. However, I am superstitious so I have never attempted to summon her, whether in jest or in seriousness.

If I'm not mistaken, the nickname Bloody Mary is the origin of a Scottish Queen, Mary Stuart, called such because of bloody events occurred in his reign, about the persecution of subjects of His Majesty, on religious principles. Another explanation of the name, would be that, called a ghost that would appear in the mirror when it is invoked.
