Good cooks run in my family. When my grandmother died, I took over the cooking and I'm still learning the dishes she used to make for us. Cooking is always fun for me. I always feel at ease whenever I concentrate on the preparation of ingredients to the actual cooking. My family prefers simple meals so it's not really hard to get them to eat what I make them but I also make sure that they agree to my family's palate.

I also love cooking, though I don't think I'm not half as bad either. But the main thing about cooking that I least like is the cleaning up afterward not to mention the burns! I can't seem to cook without getting burned!
