in a day how many cups of coffee you drink a day???

i not a coffeeholic :) but i think atleast 3 cups a day.. :)

I'm not really what you would call an avid coffee drinker. But, when I do have coffee, it is usually a minimum of two cups.

cups a day? = zero, i don't drink copy because it upsets my stomach.. my urine smells coffee, and i usually get off to bed at late, i am not a morning buddy, i dont wake up early..

920212 hi Oh i drink two cups at breakfast each morning then one cup at lunch and one or two cups of coffee at dinner. I am happy with this as I found that there was a trial with a large group of elderly women who drank at least 5 cups of coffee a day.,out of this group 90 percent had no instances of senility or getting alzenheimer disease. that makes me feel good as at age 83 I am as bright as I was at 60 and 70,not senile at all , and not in the throes of Alzenheimer disease either. so viva la coffee and if I love it so much the b etter.

Hi, 920212. If I drink any coffee, I will drink it one time a day. I am not an avid coffee drinker, but I do drink it when I want it.

well, me too, im not a coffeeholic... i just drink coffee when im eating fried rice yum!yum!=)

I think coffee has a very unique taste. I don't drink it unless I have to though since it isn't really good for health. I need to drink coffee when I study for my exams so I would have more energy.

I may drink up to seven cups of coffee and it is not in a one time go but maybe after two to three hours, I feel very cool when I take even a sip of my black coffee with no sugar at all.

I drink probably 10 cups a day. We have a 12 cup coffee maker and my wife has one cup and I usually take the rest. Also, when I am out, I usually order coffee to drink. I am a coffeeaholic. It's not a word, but I'll go with it. How does everyone like their coffee? I just stick with plain black coffee. ^_^
