I'm looking for a free service that converts PSD to HTML. I know there are many paid ones, but they request a bit to much and as I already paid for some photoshop templates( not to much and I have 2 made by myself ) .. I want to convert them to HTML websites .. if I won't be able to do this, I'll make a website in flash using the psd template as I have a plan on how to do this.. An interesting website I found is: http://www.psd2cssonline.com/ But it's not very accurate ..

The image is splitted up (that's if by split up you mean the menus are layers, the text boxes, the background, every element is a layer and so on..)

I think that maybe you can do this with Gimp, which is a free download. I have used it to convert several file types.

i use gimp, thats not what it does, gimp is like photoshop but its free, you can make the design in gimp but you would have to split it up then create a image map and create a webpage, i recently learnt how to do this
