Is there any website you can donate your unwanted furniture?

My brother has several unwanted furnitures, a coffee table, a sofa, and some junks, so I call them, he wants to donate it out, and he simply doesn't want where to call, or who really want them. I heard there are some websites will help list those unwanted furnitures, or other junks, so if there is someone who interest in them, they can pick them up. One website I knew is craigslist, but I posted them for several days, no one reply. Is there any other websites I can check into?

Also try your local Vietnam Veterans donation place. I know that they take some furniture, and it wouldn't hurt to call and ask them. :)

Look for a Freecycle group near you. It's really taken off in a lot of areas and people give things away and receive them all the time. Go to http://www.freecycle.org and type in your town and state to find the closest group to you. They use Yahoo Groups, so you'll have to create a Yahoo membership if you don't already have one.
