Miley Cyrus bump n' grinding at 16 her 44 year old movie producer?

http://www.tmz.com/2010/05/11/miley-cyrus-dirty-dancing-adam-shankman-movie-wrap-party-grind-so-you-think-you-can-dance/ ok i dont have that much of a problem with her dancing style since i dance the same way (although i am 28) but the part that is messed up in my view is that this was the wrap party for her movie "The last song" and that is her 44 year old producer of that movie.. now he is openly gay but to me him being her boss or producer right up till then should have made it a professional no no especially considering her age being 16 at the time.. so you opinion.. is it ok that she was dancing like this with her producer of a film they just got done shooting? even if he is gay? is it ok for ANY 16 year old to dance like that with a 44 year old period? i know everyone argues her older boyfriends thing being ok due to her maturity but theres a huge jump in age here.. i would think that professionally anyone in her position (star in his movie that just wrapped) wouldnt be doing that just because its not appropriate.. but then again maybe im just being harsh.. i dont agree at it being labeled a "lap dance" thats for sure! gay or not should he be dancing up on a 16 year old? even if he was a family friend i would think that is creepy..
