we had an issue a while back where he was going online too much, becoming preoccupied with it, ;and using up all our internet time. Since I said something about it he never wants to go online at all now, or at least when I am around. I told him it was perfectly fine. and I am not the internet police. It's like he is trying to make me feel guilty for saying something. I said "please go online, I know it makes you happy!" Go figure! anybody else have a situation anything like this?

I'd had similar experience before. Maybe he just don't want to dissapoint you that's why he mellow down when you said something about his internet addiction. ;-)

Either his making you feel bad about what you said or his feeling guilty on too much going online. Either way just go on with your relationship. If he no longer want to surf the net then I think that's fine since you both have more time for each other.

No, not a similar case that is like this. But my husband does stop doing something to make me feel guilty. Like if I was on the computer and he wanted me to get off so that he can use it. I am telling him that I am about to get off and then after a minute has passed, he gets frustrated and leaves. I can tell that he is mad because I did not let him use the laptop when he wanted to. This made me feel very guilty.

I don't feel guilty. I just feel uncomfortable cuz I know he wants to be on it. He did go on for awhile tonight so that mde me feel a little better.

my mother pushes me to study, i refused. realizing that i disobeyed her i changed my mind and told her that i would like to return to my studies. when i said so she changed her mind too and begged me to do as i wish. now, im doing as i wish which i havent regretted as of yet.
