I can't change the payment information on my preferences , Please help !

hello everyone ,
i was unable to recieve my money from mylot because i can't change the Payment information from preferences , when i change the information i can't see any Update button , is this a Bug ??
i need help please , and if i did not get payed now is that mean i have to wait for the payment one more month ??

You need to give your country of residence and to say whether or not you are a US resident. Provided that your country is on the list of those to which payment can be made, the Update button should then appear.
Yes, you will have to wait another month to be paid.

Unfortunately, Egypt is not on the list of countries which can be paid by PayPal. Depending on your status as a US citizen (or not) or as an Egyptian resident perhaps the best thing to do is to contact MyLot explaining your status.

Thanks for the comment when i first signed up to mylot i was in the united state in texas but now i moved to Egypt and when i changed the country to Egypt it dose changed but i can't change the city !!
ps:- I'm using libya's network to connect to the internet .

According to your profile, you live in a city called Texas in Egypt. I can find a city called Egypt in Texas but none called Texas in Egypt.
