Stress Relief

I need help on a little thing called stress. Near the end of every semester, I get so stressed out that sometimes I can't control it. My mom says that I need to control it so that I do my best with the final projects. My second year in college has just ended, but I need to prevent it from happening next semester and other future semesters. PLEASE HELP!!!

Take an hour out of your day, wherever you can find one, and do some exercise. Go on a nice relaxing walk. Forget about tests, projects, exams, and whatever else you have to do. Listen to some music maybe. Any form of exercise is also a great stress reliever and can help you to get better, deeper sleep at night. The way you control stress is by managing your time well and controlling the aspects of your life that you can. You can't change school, but you can change your diet. Eating healthy is also one of those things that helps to combat stress. (Actually... exercise and eating healthy will combat pretty much any health disorder!) Remember to get adequate sleep and to take breaks. Find a hobby to occupy yourself with. Try reading a book for fun, listening to music, or spending some time with friends. And remember, it only lasts as long as the semester. You're not going to die in work. :D

There are several things I do to get rid of stress. I have a hottish bath with candles around me. I phone a friend, read a good book, walk my dogs somewhere pretty, get fresh air,cycle, pray (as I'm a Christian), keep a journal and write down my thoughts

I will tell you to play more and more online games so that you stop giving yourself a really hrad time. Look I am a student too and a law student but what I do when I am stressed I just close my notes and play online so I forget all of my tension and when I am done with that I return to my normal life of student so try this one.

Unwind every time you feel like your so stressed out, going out with your friends can unwind you and give you peace of mind, like going to the beach. An alone time with yourself too can help you, you need to relax, this way, you are also relaxing your mind. :)
