Yesterday was a surprise because it ended with a request for my husband.

Last week it snowed, rained and the wind was horrible! So we couldn't go to see my husband's Mom (my Mom crossed over in 1998). So we went yesterday. On the way back, we stopped off at a consignment shop. The woman spoke to us and found out that my husband does woodwork and she asked him to make something for her shop and it might blossom into making more stuff for her. She found out that I like to bake, so she would like to try some of my baking.

everyday is a great day...Yesterday was almost superb for you and your hubby! I am so pleased for you, (as I know the stress you've been under) that there was this outlet for you and hubby's talents! WOW! Was this a normal stop..or was it happenstance? I truly hope this is a marraige of financial gain...and happiness! Please keep us posted! Take care and cheers!

My husband seldom wants to stop anywhere. But it was too nice a day to be cooped up in a car all day. So it was happenstance.

It was horrible. There is no way we could go to Saranac Lake (the mountainous terrain) in that weather. This week it's like summer. I hope this roller coaster weather quits or it will be like last year. I never put away my winter clothes and never completely took out all my summer clothes. In one week I wore spring, summer, fall, and winter clothes.

WOW! You were lucky! I hope it works out well for you. You might think about taking some pictures of your husband's work. My ex did home repair and such for people and he found that having some pictures of his work helped alot. If he is discussing work with someone and can actually show some he could get more.

First we have to find plans for this thing, then he has to build some. We just saw a few that she would like at the shop that she had borrowed from soneone.
