Yes this is a big question for me. As i am suffering from myopia and want to get rid of. I am having big number of glasses. And there is no direct solution. I started using contact lenses some years ago and they created a problem for me as dry eyes and now i am also suffering from them. Many doctors suggested me to eat green vegs and some exercises but there were no improvement. What are your experiences? Is there really a way to improve without any medical treatment.

Hi Lanurag1 I'm not sure what myopia is as I have never heard the term used before is it similar to near or far sightedness ? I know that I have an eye condition called floaters, which is when the gel located in the back of the eyes starts to loosen and break up causing little floating spots that I can only see against light backgrounds such as white ,or the sky ect.. not in medium to dark light Its a condition that effects people as they get older or middle aged but I don't think its limited to just that age group just thats its most common for us. My eye doctor said if a bunch of white streaking lights flashes start happening to call him asap or better yet go the emergency room(thank goodness that hasn't happened) I've been living with this condition for several years and have become quite used to it and most times I don't even notice it. It only happens when I move my head or eyes back and forth sometimes it happens when I move them up and down but its like looking through a clear jar of water and having a few tiny objects in the water and swishing it around and watching it settle thats he best I can explain it

I don't know if there is something that you can consciously do that will help to improve your eye sight, but I know that over the past several years my eyes have gotten better and when my grandfather was still alive his eyes did the same thing. I think that in our case it is because we both went through significant changes in our diet. I eat a lot of vegetables now where I didn't used to eat a lot of veggies. I've also heard that there are exercises that you can do for your eye sight but I'm not familiar with any of those.

There are several steps in improving eyesight, but these measures also depends on your diet. Avoid eating foods high in sugar and fat. High sugar levels can worsen cases of eye, and have high levels of fat can prevent fresh blood reaches your eyes, make your eyesight poor. Next, try to train your eye! Focus on objects near and far objects. Move your eyes from side to side. More blood will flow, causing vision and better eyesight. You could also try yoga eye, which helps improve eyesight if you practice every day.

Hi, it seems I have tried pretty much every exercise that exists for eyes, and they just didnt seem to work at all, apart from making them more tired and in the end, even worse. I find trying to stay off the computor as much as possible improves mine slightly, lots of water, but at the end of the I dont think there is a cure without medical treatment.
