Are you picky in shopping?

yes me too.. when in the mall i spent a lot of hours strolling around the department store. i pick for the things id like to buy but when i saw another on the other side it catches my attention until i got tired picking then just decided to buy it some other time.

Nope, I'm picky too. I have a few problems. First of all, I worked hard to earn that money as badly as I want to spend it to get something pretty, I also want to save it. I get torn sometimes and stand there for like 10 minutes wondering "Is this shirt worth it? Will I find something better later and regret this purchase?" My other problem is that I have poor body image so pretty much everything I try on, I wind up hating. It can take me hours to find a pair of jeans that fit right. I often give up and walk out of a store. At that point I'm very frustrated. I mean isn't shopping supposed to be fun? Other days I get lucky and find a lot of things I really like and then I have to stand there deciding which items I really want and which I can go without. I again wonder "Will I regret this purchse? Will I regret not getting that shirt and getting this instead?" I think if I had a ton of extra money, it would be easier. But I don't ;p

Today I went to find new sandels and purse to take with me on vacation....I went to several stores and never found a pair of sandels I liked. I wanted a summery purse and if you don't like the bright colors you can't find anything! I don't want to carry black or brown either in the summer but not bright orange or green. Maybe I'm too picky too!

I would say I was a very picky shopper, or maybe it's more a case of wanting the best for the money I can afford. I will happily spend hours checking out prices for the same item in different shops or online. It is my money which I worked hard for, so obviously I want to make the best purchases. Nothing wrong with anyone doing that in my opinion. Everyone likes a good bargain so being picky is the best policy... Happy shopping days..

One of my friends oftens says as a joke that he doesn't like to go clothes shopping or shoes shopping with me, because I am far too picky and it takes me forever to find something that I like It is probably true, I can be very picky and sometimes it is hard for me to find something that I like. I also get the opposite problem sometimes for instance if I find two different dresses that I like. I just can't make up my mind, and I can't decide which one I prefer...

I am more of a window shopper if it's not on the display or in the main aisle I tend to pass it up....So any store that I shop in is small and specialty like shops with not too much clutter......

when i am shoping for clothes i only care for comfort then comes style and i dont care about style because if it fits on my body comfortably it becomes a style.

Doesn't sound like you are too picky, just seems like you are a wise shopper and have some self control. Many people would go in buy everything they like and then wonder where all of their money went. You see thing you like but reserve the right to go back and buy it later if you really can't keep from thinking of it. I do that quite often. I will even go as far as putting it in my basket, pushing it around the store a while and the putting it back where I got it from.

O I don't really quite know if I'm really that picky or rather a haggler. I was usually spend a long time picking which dress or anything that I would like to buy but ended up not having any. I'm usually the type of person who like a dress that is not expensive but somehow have a good quality and design that would somehow fit me. But when I see even a little thing unpleasant to the product I ended up not buying it. Sometimes I have a lot of things that I would like to buy but since I must choose only one I tried not to buy anything because I was eager to have both so i say to myself that I will save more and I'll be back owing those dress.
