There are two basic ways to lose weight healthy. The one is exercise and the other is to take less calories (eat less). The best way should be a combination of the two basic methods. The ideal weight loss should be 1% per week. More can be unhealthy and damage you.

Eat a healthy diet from the vegetables you like. Drink lot of water. Do exercise at least half an hour a day. Dont sit simply and waste your time. Engage in some thing and be active always. You can surely lose weight.

The best way to lose weight is eat five times a day but small portions. Exercise 6 day a week. And don't eat any sugar like cakes ,sweets . Tree days a week aerobic and next tree day exercise for abs. And don't forget drink a lot of water. I lose 20 kg after my pregnant so I this is my way too lose weight.

Best way to loosing weight will be exercise. As much as you can exercise you will lose your weight. But it should be physical and also food. don't take extra food and junk food. And also do exercise everyday. surly you will lose the weight.
