Kamehameha: Turtle Destruction Wave This term is a high level technique that was create by Toriyama, the creator of Dragonball Z. In my opinion it is one of the most versatile moves in the world of Dragonball and was also the first energy wave to be shown in Dragonball. Sometimes when I get drunk or bored I try and power up by concentrating my ki(energy) and try and do the Kamehameha technique. Thus far, unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in performing the technique. I hope one day I will be able to turn Super Saiyan and or do a Kamehameha attack.

You can't turn Super Sayan because you're not a Sayan. As for Kamehameha, maybe you'll have better luck if you try it sober I was pretty crazy kid obsessed with martial arts and Dragonball. I trained my a$$ off every day to become as strong as DBZ warriors. There were days I didn't do anything but train, eat and sleep. I wonder what would scouter say about my power level.

I'm glad you trained hard. It's too bad you live so far away from me, otherwise I'd love to train and push each other to our maximum output. I think your scouter would say power level of 2 or 3. I'll try the Kamehameha attack when I'm sober. Sometimes I wish that I were a Saiyan, so that I could one day hope to achieve the super saiyan status. *sigh*

Dragon Ball Z is my favorite anime of all time. What I know about this famous technique of the saiyans is that it's Kamehame Wave, rather than Kamehameha. Haha! I guess it's not that important anymore since we're talking about the same thing here. Anyway, I also have some favorite techniques, such as the Instant Transmission Technique and the one that Gohan taught his girlfriend which was on how to fly. I really want to imitate what they do but no matter how I try it just seems so impossible for me. Haha! As a result, I would dream that I'm flying and that I have some super powers similar to that of the DBZ characters. It's just so awesome!

I too would like to learn how to fly. It's hard to get the energy in your stomach and make it flow throughout your body. I guess I need to train harder so that I can get more energy. Yes, you are right it's called the Kamehameha wave officially but they usually refer to it as the Kamehameha, so I forgot to mention the wave part. =P I need to raise my power level!!!

Well from my name itself u can see how much a fan of DBZ i am... I like Gohan very much..his fighting techniques and Kamehameha... I admire with his power level in single hand beating the mighty CELL with his kamehameha..where his father Goku virtually being his other hand.. I have tried many times to bring up the power, but i can't, it's because, it's not true power..It's all a japanese manga!!!!

Hi Eddy, I guess every single fan of DBZ has tried to concentrate their ki at least once in their life. And I am sure everybody has been unsuccessful everytime they have tried. I have always been a big fan of DBZ. I even have the full episodes of DB, DBZ and DBGT. I still watch them sometimes.

I grew up on a generous diet of fighting games, and was known for throwing Hadoukens at my friends, so I guess I can relate to this topic. My brother would always do the dragon punch, and I'd fall back and almost break something in the house. The first time we saw Dragon Ball Z, We knew that simulating that would do more harm than good. I could have sworn I managed to execute Yamcha's Spirit ball once. i may have been under the influence, or dreaming though. Hmmm.

I never knew that was what Kamehameha meant. Turtle Destruction Wave, eh? lol. When I was younger, I used to watch Dragonball Z, and used to try to d the moves, so did my brother. I have always wanted to go Super Saiyan, but could never do it, lol. I actually moulded my dream character out of GoKu, I think his hair is awesome. =P Whenever I sleep, I try and dream about the character. Unfortunately I don't remember my dreams, so I am always conscious when I am imagining it.

Actually this isn't what Kamehameha means. Kamehameha is the name of a series of former kings (about 5 in all)of the Hawaiian Islands. The people who made Dragonball took the name for the game, and now people think that its the only meaning of the name. Not only are these games occupying more of peoples minds, but now they seem to be rewriting history.

Hmmm, I thought Turtle Destruction Wave, sounded a bit weird, lol. The one you said sounds more like the proper one. So your saying that Pokemon never existed? =P

I never really knew what Kamehameha meant. I never bothered with the meaning. Goku, Gohan can do it and that is all that concern me. Turtle Destruction Wave sounds really cheesy. I like the version of Josga much much more.
