 I merchant mostly when I am in game (flipping). This has earned me about 100m this year while logging in only a couple of times a week. If I can be bothered I can make 5m or more in a day.

 I tend to go on reddit to find funny things but you can find almost anything on reddit, I just like the funny stuff when I am bored.
I also play a lot of browser based games, my favorite being runescape. I can spend hours playing it.
