Wow I did it I finally made a yummy panna cotta with raspberry and strawberry sauce, and the kids loved it ( thats amazing ,they usually hate everything I cook). What recipe have you finally mastered and the family have enjoyed?

I'm curious of your Panna Cotta. I'd like to request the recipe if you'd share. Anyway, I have specialized my baked spaghetti of the years and the clan loves it. Perhaps it's because I only serve it once a year hehehe.. They also love my sweet and sour fish and Pata Tim (which is a sweetened pork hind legs with rich sauce). I'm trying to muster baking now and perhaps a few more recipes.

Sure hehehe.. It's actually a simple spaghetti recipe with a twist because I put melted white cream and cheese on top then bake.
