I prefer to eat my meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) along with a few snack intakes and I've got no problem with the routine. I don't prefer heavy meals but sometimes i do have it like once a week, I'll pick one day that I'm gonna eat anything I like. The truth is, as long as you do some regular exercises you may enjoy and serve yourself like a king whenever you have your meals.

My number of meals per day is from 5-6 times. breakfast, lunch, dinner and some snack in between meals. But sometimes I dont take snacks in the morning. Only in the afternoon. But it seems that my eating habit is opposite to what your saying, lol, its so bad.

no its not that bad. you said you have 5-6 meals per day and that is great. You know when you have more light number of meals rather than few heavy meals, it is really good for your digestive system and also increases your metabolism. thanks for your response Kharlav.

I have two pieces of toast for breakfast around 8am. A sandwich for lunch, and then my main meal in the evening where I will have perhaps pasta as the largest meal. I find that I sometimes get a little hungry towards the end of the evening, but drinking water usually gets rid of that, and if not I will snack on fruit or nuts just to keep me going until the next breakfast time.

i guess you should modify your breakfast a little.A heavy breakfast will be really beneficial for you. Thanks for your response.

I can't do three meals a day, simply because I would get too hungry by the next meal. when my schedule allows it, I would have eight or nine meals a day. I am constantly hungry since I am constantly moving around. Three meals a day is fine for a normal person, but a person with a big musclebound build, and is active, like me, I would have my third meal in four hours. My friends didn't like the fact that when we ate out, I would eat more food, then be the first one griping about being hungry. I don't eat things like chips and cookies as much, so when I eat, it is actual food. I don't like it when I am very hungry because I start growling and get mean, then eat like an animal (I have been accused of eating animals, my appetite is so vicious).

i don't know never heard of it that it is only for patients. I think having 6 light meals rather than 3 heavy meals is good because its easily and quickly digested. Anyways thanks for your response.

Honestly, I normally just do breakfast, lunch, and then dinner and they're normally decent sized meals for me. It's not always like that though. Sometimes I end up skipping breakfast or just have a small something to eat in the morning and then really just have a good lunch and dinner. Whenever I have snack foods available though (which isn't often with my current college budget) I tend to snack a lot throughout the day which sort of makes up for the meals being less frequent during the day.

yeah i have seen a lot of people skipping their which they should not and you too. You know breakfast i.s really essential as it keeps you up throughout the day. and snack do contain a lot of oil and fat so its obvious that you don't feel hungry. thank you for posting your comment
