Seasonscash.info has sent an email asking all members to change their email addresses to that used by their payment processor account, i.e. Paypal, Alertpay. Members failing to do so within 48 hours will have their accounts terminated. There cannot possibly be any justification for this action. Members should therefore expect criminal activity to take place and should watch their accounts very carefully. Members that use the same password should change it immediately! You have been warned!

I agree with the password warning 100%. As for changing the email addresses, it has to be a personal choice based on your dealings with the site. HOWEVER, there is a legitimate reason for asking for such - making sure that someone doesn't have multiple accounts. They may be attempting to use the payment processor email address as a way of locating cheaters. Granted, it's a poor choice but it could be an innocent tactic rather then criminal. Just my two cents as I've never heard of this particular site.

Payment processors let you link multiple email addresses to your account so I can't imagine how this could help detect multiple accounts. I'm afraid the discussion starter is probably right...this really sounds like a planned attempt at fraud.
