Oats has become popular in a very big way kadamsinghsaini ;and it is not inexpensive.500 gms of oats costs about a hundred rupees [the cheaper variety]and if a person consumes this for breakfast he would need at least one and a half tins of this.Wheat flour may prove less expensive. Only ragi is supposed to be a poor man's food ebcause it is used chiefly in villages. Oats is sold in tins or refill packs.

they are called oats only in india and are now easily available in small shops also in india. many are using now in india to take daily. my father takes daily ,which is available in his place easily. instant oats are avaiable in 1 kg tin or refil pack. dont take oats grains ,they are not easily digestable ,take only instant oats which will like crushed wheat, and in white colour.
