How to plan a training programme on teamwork.

My company is offering a simple training programme on team building for managers. I am an assistant in this programme. So, i want to ask what issues should the programme focus on. And what kind of activities you think should be included in this programme.

Team building requires healthy and appropriate relationships. To have these you must have good and respectful communication between people who behave professionally. There are many activities you can include but they have to be based on specific goals you wish to achieve with the training.
Have you assessed the needs of the management team other than to build a better team?
