I am currently working in a BPO Publishing company and I was stressed today because of the negative feedback from our clients from outside the country. The feedback says that the operator of the journal has the error because a figure-corrupted file was released and I'm one of the operators who are involved in it but I'm not sure if really I'm the one that committed the error because there are still processes after me before the journal was released. It's really foul to hear.

I think, you don't need to be stressed or depress because of the negative feedback. use that as a challenge for you to improve and do good in your job. It is always normal to receive feed back and that is one way for every worker to do their best and seek improvement for better accomplishments. Good luck.

Yes thank you. I'm thinking that way also because that's normal in the job like this.

OK now is the time to go to work. Find out the truth. Investigate it all. If there were mistakes, learn what not to do. To be the best at what you do, there must be mistakes to learn from. When you get the answers, let everyone know. Correct the problem. Remember the most successful people have all screwed up. They learned from it. Don't miss this great opportunity. In the future they will come to you to solve the hard problems.

It is normal to feel bad when a negative feedback is received. But the negative feedback should be used constructively to find out where we went wrong and learn lessons and to ensure that we do not repeat same error again.
Remember ot err is a human but to repeat same error again is foolish.

I hate having bad days at work, I think everyone does, I dont know what you do but if there are people involved in this journal afer you then you cant be all to blame, even if it was something that you could have spotted then so could they. So try not to put yourself down to much. If you can do some investigating, find out what happened, and then if it was partly your fault then you can learn from it, and if it wasnt anything to do with you then you wont need to worry.
