I have found out they are linked, I have been a sufferer of both for a few years and I am really finding them difficult to live with, I have tried everything I know about and been prescribed by my Doc!! What do you recommend? Other sufferers of these problems what do you find helps?

There couldn't be a more truer statement than this, but yes, it remains true only as long as you want it to. Yoga helps a lot, both mentally and physically. I have tried enough alternative therapies and Hardcore allopathic medicines from the base Tar to steroids. After exhausting the resources of medicines i have taken up to yoga and related practices and it has been of great help, atleast am able to live without the deadly cycle of depression - anger - frustration - aggravation - depression. Please do give a thought about this.

Hi Dawnnie. Dont know if this may help. I am an independent distributor for a UK company that deals with magnetic products. Apparently they have had some success with psoriasis (though I have not personally had any clients with psoriasis yet so no personal experience here). Not sure if it would help with the depression, but it might if the depression is linked to the psoriasis and the image you have of yourself as a result of that. Certainly as a nurse I know that psoriasis can ultimately lead to depression and also joint problems. So it might be worth you trying one of our products. I hate doing this because it sounds like I am trying to sell you something. So I suggest that if you are interested you visit my profile. It should all be in there and you can mail me if you like. The other thing that apparently helps is living in the sun (or having phototherapy at the hospital - but that is only temporary). I am planning on moving to Spain next year, so my joints will get better. Anyway, whatever you decide to do - GOOD LUCK
