Give your kids away for a day

Okay I know the title sounds awful.. but it's only a title and I would never ever do this or want this... I use imagination and for some reason my little ones are my inspiration... Okay say you could give your kids to anyone for one day and know for sure they everything would be okay and nothing would happen.. Who would you send them to and what would you do while they were gone? I would send my youngest to Bin Laden with a dirty diaper, because those things are like chemical warfare and he would kill over in a second. I would send my oldest all sugared up (shes 2) to one of the high school girls who want to be pregnant at 15, because she is seriously a good form of birth control for someone who is not prepared for a kid.. Now Like I said please don't take it literal... I am just being playing around

I can tell the kind of day you had today...lol I have to tell you, you might have been joking, but I have four kids and I would send them to ANYONE who would agree to take all four. It's easy to get rid of one, or two kids but when you get four, no one wants to take that many...But I would love it if they did! I'd turn the sterio up, sing as loud as I wanted to, and then dance around till my house was spotless...After that, well I think I would want the kids home. Life would not be the same without them!

hi lillybelle I havent any little kids anymore. Myson is fifty now. i used to think I would like to send him to a computer teacher for a day as he learned how to use a computer at age five andwe did not have one for years. And other times to a bike repair shop for a day as he probably could show the repair people a few tricks. he took his own bike apart and put it back together at age 9.

Wow, what a genius! We've a guy here, who makes toy cars of different shapes for children - cannibalizing parts from vehicles that are write off! He gets chance to study aerodynamics at no costs, and run the show for kids which earns him a lot of money! :)

cannibalizing parts from vehicles that are write off, or those that met with an accident!

The chemical warfare is simply superb. I had a colleague, he perspired a lot and his stocks really stank. Poor guy volunteered to supply adequate numbers of them for our Indo Pak and Indo China borders. And what you said about the pregnant at 15 - exactly - in fact, I think girls should be asked to undergo taking care session for one month from the age 12 - each year, so that they realize what a painful process it is to keep awake in the nights, changing diapers, preparing sterlized milk, and all that! That is also a nice thought and might actually solve two problems at one shot. Babies in orphanages would not require that nanny expense, and teenage preganancies would come down drastically. I would never send my child to another person for even half an hour, and you are talking of a day!

I think I would have to be incredibly boring and leave them with their daddy for the day. I'd quite happily go to work for him. I'd love to see how hard he thinks his job is after being stuck at home with our two terrors for the day and not just have to see them for an hour before they go to bed.

If it's just for a day, no biggies. As long as I know the person well and can trust them, they can take my kids the whole day. I could use a one "day-off" duty.
