I think this is just a hoax, complete and utter rubbish. Dont beleive everything you read, especially on the internet.
If Facebook was in financial trouble then beleive me another multi-national company would step straight in. Just think of the number of members worldwide on Facebook, no other form of buisness can reach so many people with the hit of a button on a keyboard.
It amazes me why people bother to make up these lies, do they think they are going to make any difference to peoples surfing habits with such a lame deception.
Not everyone can be swindled, hoodwinked, or trick that easy.

I think it is a hoax also. I have to say one thing though I sure am getting sick of all the trouble they are having with the site. They have nothing but trouble with loading issues on the games among other issues as well.

facebook closing is definitely a hoax it makes million and is not in any type of financila danger everyday more and more people join facebook it is the most used social networking site

Its obviously a hoax. No need to worry. Without any proper reason why should a website which is making a lot of money and gaining world wide popularity shutdown ?? Yeah it can happen if there is a proper reason .

Its a hoax. Its still earning millions of dollars or even billions so I doubt it will close soon. Social networking sites are not that easy to close down especially if its one of the most popular.

It is a hoax, the most recent news article by the Founder of Facebook that I saw out was him discussing how they had made things to difficult and were going to attempt to simplify the privacy settings again. These rumors about Facebook closing have been going around the entire year I have been using my Facebook account. As it is obviously still there I think we should have no worries.

It sure is a hoax. Memberships are being created even as I type this most likely and I'm not surprised that FB's popularity is going to stay top for quite a long time.

I think it's a kind of hoax also. Though recently they are having security and private policy issues. I love facebook, I hope they don't even have plans of closing it hehe.
