What are your primary considerations when you go travel?

People travel for a thousand and one reasons. The popular objective perhaps is simply to see the world. Given a chance to do this, what would be your primary considerations? Would you like to visit a famous city like London or skateboard in Vancouver or surf in Hawaii, and so on? What places would get you to pack your bag and hop into the world. Why these places?

I always have a great yearning to go off traveling. The world has so many different destinations worth visiting. I adore tropical islands with gently waving palm trees and white sandy beaches. I enjoy snorkeling to see coral reefs and friendly fish. These days because my toddler son is disabled I like to visit cities are accessible in a wheelchair. This summer we shall be visiting Vancouver and my baby daughter will be coming with us. I like to have some adventure and a little relaxation. In 2004 I needed some warmth and tropical dreams so I went to the Seychelles. Then in 2005 I booked to go to Mexico but a hurricane hit the Mexican Coast. I ended up going to the Maldives that time. In 2006 I finally got my trip to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. I climbed Mayan ruins and went on an exciting cave adventure. I also felt like getting some culture and seeing historical buildings so I went to Bulgaria and Romania that year too. In 2007 my disabled child was born and in 2009 my daughter was born. Since then I have been to Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and South Africa. I long to go to a tropical island but I worry how I would push along my son's wheelchair.

for practical reasons, i don't travel or just go places to enjoy. i can just go to other places and experience riding a plane because of work or when the office sends me to seminars. but if given a chance to enjoy a vacation abroad, i want to see the beaches of miami or paris or alberta.

Hiya eileen, I would love to travel to New Zealand if I could and the Seychelles too. New Zealand I like the look of it and although I can´t really tell you why I would like to go because I don´t even know myself I just would like to get the chance to go there. New Zealand is really beautiful. Seychelles for the beautiful Beaches and the Sea there. I love going in the Sea and I would love to swim in those Waters of the Seychelles here´s hoping.

My primary considerations is i would like to enjoy my life and travel make me enjoy. When i choose any place the first things that always come in my mind is will i enjoy there or not.Because i do believe that all place are beautiful but if i couldn't enjoy my self there then doesn't matter how beautiful was the place. Good day!

When I travel, I have 2 things in mind. First, I want to visit popular places so that I will know what I sell to my clients as a travel agent. And the second one, personally I don't go for the tourist type of destination. I want to explore the unknown. There is this great feeling of accomplishment if I have been to a place and have survived it even with little knowledge of it. And one great thing still is to be able to share its wonders to my fellow travelers. Unfortunately, I never had the time to do that often. I tried it twice but I was not able to continue it. It is because of the work that consumes my time and my trips that I plan for my friends. With those at hand, I have no time to do my own explorations...hehehe...

I've visited HongKong and Macau. I would want to visit Singapore next. I would like to visit Asian countries first and next are the famous beaches in US. I love travelling. It relaxes me especially when I see beautiful places. But of course, I also have to consider the budget. I should have enough money in doing so. And I guess, it's easier to visit first these Asian countries which will only cost me a few bucks.

We have several relatives in India. We travel for weddings in the family. But our best reason for travel is for a holiday.I and children prefer a beautiful location for a holiday. My younger has never seen snow and is after me to take him to a place in winter where there is snow.Normally i like a place with a beach or mountains.I'm a member of time share and i'm planning on going to a tiger reserve in the forthcoming years.

Firstly, I have to have money. So considering that I have the money, I would love to visit tourist spots all over the world. It would be a very good experience to see all the beautiful places. I would love to just see those places I see on TV in person. I would love to try on adventure, trying other cuisines and just having a whole new experience with food, people, surroundings, rides etc.

yes i would love to see the world; to see all those places that i've only seen on tv so far. the primary consideration of course is the money. but let's just say that money is no problem. then i'd want to go to as many countries as i possibly can. my immediate goal is to see the new year's eve fireworks at sydney harbor. they say it's spectacular!

I live in the UK and go to London quite often to go to the theatre or various events there. I have not been outside Europe, but there are many places I would love to visit including Romania, Japan and the USA. I would be worried about the long journey though (I haven't been in a plane yet) and security, plus how expensive it would all be, but I do love new experiences and learning more about different countries.

Before travelling there are several things to consider. And the number one thing to consider is the budget. I prefer to travel to places where I can perfectly fit my budget. Next, is things to do there. Packing and other stuff are like last. I can always pack 1 day before. I tend to be mindful of the more important details like, the money, tickets, where to stay, how good is the hotel and many more.

I love visiting other countries or other parts of my own country. I like to visit the famous sights as well as the unknown places. I like big cities, villages in the countryside and islands. When I have spent some time in a big city I often enjoy visiting a small island or another peaceful place for a while. When I visit a city I like to visit the famous places and some of the museums for instanse art museums. I also like to like to visit some of the local galleries. There are lot of places around the world that I would like to visit. I live in Europe, and if I had the chance to visit another part of the world I would choose Asia probably India.

It all depends on many reasons, eileen. Sometimes it is a question of money, other times health is important. When Im too tired, I just want to go to a nice beach at the Caribbean. If Im in a more adventurous mood, I like to ho to places where I can find people, history and museums. I just came from vacations in my own country, in the south. They have hotsprings and I had had shoulder surgery so that was good for my shoulder.

Hi Eileen, My wife would love to see Europe one day so I bought her a set of dvd's of travel in Europe. They were so intriguing that we both would love to get over there. Because of the age of the place and the old buildings and churches etc. it would be a fascinating place to explore. At the moment I am busting just to get back to the Philippines and see a bit more of that. They say that we don't explore our own country enough before we want to see someone else's. We have seen a fair bit of Australia which is very big but a lot of it is just the same. You can drive for several days and just see the same boring dessert. Not really much fun.
