How will the world end?

Scientist says that creation began with an explosion long time ago. A primordial atom exploded and the universe has been expanding ever since. They say that one day it would collapse upon itself. The whole universe will go back to its point of origin and turn into the same primordial atom. You have seen that the universe has been in existence for billions of years. In religious books we read about the great deluge, in geography we have read about continental drift, in our own life time we have witnessed Tsunamis; and yet we have seen that despite all these calamities the world did not come to an end. So many prophets of doom predicted that the world would end on so and so date. That day came and went and nothing happened. Religions talk about judgment day. When it would come, no one knows. Why worry our heads over it. Let us enjoy life and make the most of it.

if the biblical prophecies won't hold its promise, i pretty sure, the world as we know it will end eventually when the sun will come to its end, (I think its supernova), when that happen all the surrounding planets around the solar system will either be eaten up by the explosion, or it will freeze to extinction. but you don't have to worry for that yet, a billion years from now, it will happen., maybe that time we have found new planets like that of Pandora (avatar..hehe)

It's called a Supernova!! Relax, there is plenty of time left.
