Since last 3-4 weeks when i try to search web through mylot search its not giving any results. All other options of mylot search are working properly.This has complelled me to reduce use of mylot search reducing chances of getting REWARDS-Gift from mylot for using their search features.
I am wondering weather this is happening to all. If yes why mylot is taking too long to solve this problem? If its happenineg only with me, what could be the reason for same? can mylot disable any option for any user for any reason?
What should i do so that web search start working for me through myLOT search?
Knowledgable members and admins are requested to reply to clarify my doubt.

MyLot Web search doesn't work for many people. I don't know why but it seems to be only for certain countries. If you search for discussions, you will get results but most of them seem to be four years old.
Basically, the MyLot search engine (supposedly powered by Yahoo) is crap. If it doesn't work for web searches, use it for discussion searches. Every now and again you will earn a few cents (big deal!)

I can do that way. But using different search engines for different type of searches is quite cumbersome.

it was working for mu country earlier, and i was using web search through MyLOT search.

hi common_man,
some times i too use mylot search,still it have to secure full strength just like other search sites,once when i am searching some thing,i got 6 cents bonus for searching in mylot search,still mylot have to improve their search facilities in the net,have a nice day

yes, their search engine is not that powerful, particularly for web search.

You need to delete all the cookies from whichever BROWSERS you are using. Only then will the option work.

I have even upgraded OS to WINDOWS 7 on my laptop. Fresh installation of browser has been done. In spite of that the web search is not permitted for me. It gives no message but results are not displayed.
I am at loss as what to do.

I glad to see I'm not the only one with that problem. Because I'm new at "MyLot" I thought it was me not knowing what I was doing. I see that's not the case.
When I try to use the search engine it gives me a "can't find info etc." messge. Is that happening to you too?
I really would like to use "MyLot's" search if I could only get it to work. Any suggestions out there from someone who has made it work?

yes same thing is happening to me. Earlier it used to work properly and I have been rewarded many times. But since last 6-7 weeks its not working.
