what's the side effect of glutathione?

I'm interested to buy a capsule of glutathione but I'm wondering what were the side effect or disadvantages if I would use it. I've seen in a brochure that says the only side effect of it is that you'll have whiter skin and that's it. I've searched for it and only had a small information about it like you'll be more sexually active like that. Can you please share me what you know about it.

Mostly, if you take natural glutathione, there are no harmful effects. But, more or less glutathione will always give you good effects such as better stress coping, better immune system and many more. If you which I know where to get natural glutathione supplements.

Unless it is made by a reputable company, you are very likely to be wasting your money on ineffective and even harmful ingredients. Besides, one capsule is likely to be ineffective. You would need a course of treatment.

Actually my mother is against it and I somehow wanted to use it because my immune system is so weak I think due to sleeping late at night most of the time. thanks for sharing that link to me.

Yup course treatment is the way to go. You will need to take the prescibed amount to really see the effects.By the way, this product is fully endorsed by doctors. Even doctors use it.
