Anyone who have tried this? I've been asking for it for 3 years in a row already. I was so happy that the credit card company waived mine. It was a huge saving for me because I have 2 credit cards. I just called the bank, they reviewed my account and viola, they confirmed that i can waive it. We just really need to ask to receive.

The best way to avoid an annual fee on a credit card is not to sign up for a card that charges one. I will not have a credit card that charges an annual fee. It is one thing to have to pay interest charges on a credit card balance, but I am not going to have a card that charges me just to have an account with them...

Never tried it myself, on the account of I only use credit cards for emergencies and most expenses are paid off by a sweet, sweet paycheck.
