Yes, they are like kids. You always have to be watching them. If they are out of sight, God only knows what they are doing. We have two brittanys and a dachshund. This morning while I was taking a shower the two brittanys we in our bed, just laying there. When I got out of the shower and was putting on my clothes, I walked into the bedroom. What I found, I couldn't believe. The little male had taken my pillow off the bed, pulled it on the floor and peed on it. Now why did he do that? Was he trying to say something to me. All that time the little female was watching was happening and never made a peep.

we have 8 dogs and we all treat them like kids. my mom can't even go on long vacations because she's always worried about them. and when they get sick she's as worried as she is when we are sick, maybe even more worried. she says it's because with us, we can tell her what's wrong but when the doggies are sick, she can't know what's wrong. we all love our dogs as family.

yeah, when you think about it, it makes sense. dogs are just like babies. they can't tell you how they feel when they're sick. they can't even tell you when they're hungry. but like babies, they're so lovable!

Yes dogs are like babies. My Jack Russel mix can be quite a handful when she wants to be naughty. On her first day with me she peed on my bed, then she chewed on my 3 pairs of my Manolos and I was freaked out. She can be a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde type but all the time she acts like a baby. She likes it so much when she sleeps near me, before going to sleep she likes being scratched. She can be jealous when I pay attention to other dogs but then at the same time she would like to play with other dog. She loves me so much every time I come home she waits at the door, wags her tail and stand up on her hind leg and sorta make a dance! Lol funny but cute.

We have a labrador that we have to keep an eye on. If we're not watching him every second he will likely get into something. Our other dog, a mix breed, is fairly well behaved. The only problem we have with him is that if food is left unattended, even on a kitchen counter, then he wants to get it.

We have a beagle that is our baby. She does some of those terrible things, but my husband babies her.
