Uhm, well, Im not sure I can really understand what you're even asking here. But if you're asking whether eating chocolate will reduce calories, the answer is no. Anything and everything you eat has calories in it. End of story. And no food burns calories. A calorie is energy. Food has calories. You burn calories by using energy. That means living, breathing, exercising, etc.

Dare2defyy is right, anything we eat has calories but i think that you losing calories when we eat chocolate is just a side effect when we become hyperactive. We move a lot and that is why the calories we took are burned. just a thought.. but still i love chocolates even if it could make me fat. ^^

I heard an urban myth that celery has negative calories, that it take more calories eating it than it contains. That would explain why I don't like celery that much, but I suspect that report is inaccurate. Chocolate has sugar and fat, and yes, lots of calories. Would it cause you to eat less calories afterward? I don't think so in my case, but I have no recollection of any studies to that effect.

i'm confused right now.how can the chocolate reduce the calories as it is also that type of food that contain calories?i will check this out.but i always believe that chocolate is healthy and it depends on how much you consumed it.go for moderation intakes and that will be fine. happy mylotting!
