I wonder if there is something else going on ,great white sharks are known to be ferocious flesh tearing creatures without brains but this one seems to know gratitude and follows the guy who saved its life around. http://scubadiversions.blogspot.com/2010/05/see-to-beliefgreat-white-sharky.html

I expected a video. These were just photos. It was sure something to know that the shark didn't bite the guys arm off! LOL! You mentioned that the shark followed him around. I don't see that. They just show the guy scratching the shark. Anyway, shark's brains aren't that small. Plus. all animals have feelings, but, in different degrees. Just because sharks are ferocious predators doesn't mean that they're brains are small or that they have no feelings. Of course, you can't cuddle with one! Sharks have such horribly undeserved reputations. Those were definitely different photos, though. Thanks for sharing! Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

Wow this is truly amazing! I have never seen anything like this especially if they are dangerous creatures. Do you by any chance, know how the man saved the white shark? It's like when I watch 10,000 B.C the movie when the man saved the big tiger-like creature( I forgot what it's called) and the tiger0like creature did not eat him. Everyone, even animals, are capable of gratitude.

I can't say its a wonder as i feel most animals are grateful for the favours done. Its a rare human who is grateful.I'll go through the video in detail as i'm interested in knowing what is the act which the human did to make the great white show its gratitude. If you mean this is an act of trick photography i think it requires an expert to ascertain that.

Its a true story thats stil going on,whats surprising is that sharks are suppose to be fishes with puny brains and goes only by instinct,it is never been documented that they can feel and remember.
