Can anyone inform me is there any free grammar and punctuation checking software? I have tried some of them but they are paid and they offer trail versions, the trail versions do not offer full functionality.

Mine is included on my Microsoft words, it is in the 'tools' section.

Yes, I use the same one, it works pretty well so I do not see a reason to get any other program for this. I am sure there are some though, but why go pay for something you already have anyway?

Yes, I use this but it does not correct all the grammatical errors.

Give Abiword a try. I found it to be better than the one provided by Microsoft n Word, at least in the tests that I did. AbiWord is open sorce, meaning it is free to use. It is still weak in certain areas, so I use it mainly to check my geammar and spelling. Maybe it works better for your needs. As for me I prefer one which can work offline, that is why AbiWord satisfies me.

Hello! I honestly already have inserted into the Microsoft office "word". If you shouldn't already be set to add the function in the settings. That's if you have a pc. If you have a mac, I don't know how to help you..
