I thought that this was very sad. A child is dead, all because of a criminal that was running away from the police. What is this world coming to? Please read this sad story. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/37631500/ns/us_news-crime_and_courts/

Hi Cream, This is indeed so so sad, I havea six year old myself and my thoughts go out to this childs friends and family. A close frined of mine wa hit at high speed by a police car and luckily her son was not travelling with he that day as her car was completely wrecked at the polace where his child seat was. Catch the criminals I agree but not at the risk of innocent civilians. Huggles. Ellie :D

cream I am appalled and saddened and why on earth when police are chasing someone like that do not chase them into a residential 'neighborhood as that little girl was no criminal. Both the horrid crooks are to blame but also the police. I mean they get their criminals and arrested them but they and the criminals have just killed a little girl in the pursuit of this chase.this is so wrong and so tragic. Sure the criminal was running away but if he had been chased onto a freeway instead that little girl wo uld still be alive.

That is such a sad story. It is such a shame to me that others especially kids have to die or be harmed because someone else was doing wrong and running away from the law. People just don't realize the effect they have on others lives. A child could not graduate high school or grow up all because of a criminal. So sad.

And now that want us to treat criminals like humans?? I don't think so. I hope they kill that thing. If it was my child i would have ripped him apart. TATA.

There are so much of uncertainty in this world, anything can happen to anybody at anytime and anywhere...That child is not too lucky that she was knock down by the car during the chasing...feel sad for her....

this is sick. I always feel sick whenever I hear deaths of innocent people, especially when it's children. I mean come on, these kids are innocent and I know it's just a case of an accident, but I feel kinda like questioning God when these things happen. It just makes me feel sad, even if I'm not really related to the victim. I have a soft a very spot for kids.
