Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch

I have had some Virgin Mobile prepaid cell phones.I had an Arc style phone and I really liked it,however I wanted a phone with a better style of a camera because my son was getting married and I wanted to take some great pictures. So,I went beyond my budget and bought a Rumor Touch phone from Virgin Mobile due to the camera on that phone had a 2.0 instead of a 1.3.It also had a camcorder and MP3 player. I have to go thru 4 steps to answer the phone or to make a call.Sometimes it even dials to people on it's own,how I do not know, and that person was listening to me having a private conversation.Another call was placed to someone while I was on the phone talking to someone.Again, how,I do not know. Then I went to my sons wedding and by the time that I would go thru the steps to get to take a picture the event was over I didn't get a picture on the camera or in my mind because I was too busy trying to figure out how to take the picture! I did get 7 pictures taken and only 2 were not blurry. I have called the Virgin Mobile office several times and been told that there are short cuts and they are in the manual that was not given to me in the package and I could be sent to me.The clerk told me that they are trying to improve the customer service for this phone,so they can tell us how to use it with the short cuts.Lol,they should of thought of that before they put it on the market. What would you do?

hi dfollin sounds like it has so many features they get in one other's way. I would keep on Virgin Mobile until they get you the literature that you need to use it more easily instead of many steps just to take some pictures

Apparently Sprint owns Virgin now too ans well as Boost.I called back today and gave them my piece of mind again and they gave me some more long methods to take care of some tasks, but I need short ways. They gave me a link from Sprint to for this phone and I could not find any shortcuts.
