For those who are not familiar with this movie, it is an African-American adaptation of The Wizard of OZ starring Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Lena Horn and Richard Pryor.
I first saw the movie when I was young and I loved it because of the 70s inspired music, lively dance sequences and crazy dialogue. However, I just recently watched it and though I still like the movie, I saw so many things that I think was a distraction and subtracted from the movie. One thing was the dance sequences. There were so many dancers off step or who looked like they didn't know what was next.
Have you ever seen this movie? What's your opinion of it?

I saw part of it when I was in my Diana Ross phase. I like the Judy Garland one better.
