Right after you wake up, what do you usually do? As for me, I usually wake up at seven in the morning, even weekends and I usually check my phone.

I can't believe how early I have been waking up. Today it was 6:30. It seems like everyday its earlier and earlier. I have been going to bed at 1am in the morning. The first thing I usually do when I wake up brush my teeth and then let my dog out in the backyard. Then I put a cup of tea on and while that is cooking I go and make my bed.

You only slept for about five hours or so? That's quite tiring lelin1123. What's your secret?

I don't know what it is but since being in my 50's now for the past 3 years I only usually sleep 5 to 6 hours a night. I wake up and I can't go back to sleep. On occasion I will sleep 7 hours but that is very ware.

I think things change by the time people reach the age of forty and above. I think that you are a very busy person because you already got used to the way things offers you.

i wake up around 830 in the morning. my first thought would be, like most people probably, a few more minutes of sleep. :) but i don't usually fall back to sleep once i'm awake. so like you, i would check my phones first for messages. then get up and brush my teeth and take a bath. after that, i would watch tv while i'm eating brunch then around 11, i go to work. :) i love my schedule, i don't have to wake up way too early in the morning!

i'm a ground stewardess at the airport. my shift starts at 1230 in the afternoon. actually, 830's an early wake-up call for my shift. my other co-workers who work the same shift as me get up at around 11am! i live so far away from the airport so i have to factor in travel time.

Yah... I really envy your schedule. I'm still studying and I'm not lucky to have a nice schedule. When I work, I want to have the same schedule as yours. What's your job anyways? I hope you don't mind me asking.

It really depends. One thing that will certainly affect when I get up is if I have to get early for one reason or another. It really varies from morning to morning.

Unfortunately I do wakeup around between 6-7 am and I hate it coz its too late, and then instead of checking my mobile I straight way put it on charging mode, after which I starts the classic of Mozart Piano for my Daughter, its a everyday routine after which as usual like others.....dream for the future and once again start the daily fight for living and earning and carrying on and on.

Hi eLsMarie, as I like to stay up late and usually go to bed around one o'clock in the wee hours. Therefore it's quite difficult for me to get up early in the morning. Moreover I go for my part time work in the afternoon. So I'm happy that I could enjoy my sound sleep after eight in the morning After the brushing and washing I then switch on my laptop and listening to music and reading latest news. In between I would like to do some household chores as well a little work in the frontyard. I check my mailbox then as well as read and type post here at mylot site after having breakfast Happy posting

I wake up at 5am every morning to prepare breakfast for my family and get them ready for work and for school. I wake up a bit late sometimes, very rare, at around 6am when hubby gets a day off.

I wake any time from four to seven, and I usually begin by turning on my computer before heading to the bathroom (since it takes time for my computer to finish starting up).

That's kind of unique. I never had that moment when I wake up in the morning and just sit for a while. Imagining it makes me feel so relax.

Usually it depends on what time my first class is. But if you'll ask me what is the average time of me waking up, that is 6am. It is hard for me to have long night of sleep because usually I have to study, do projects and visit myLot every night. I wish I could just leap through time :(

There are difference time to wake up during weekdays and weekends. Weekdays I usually wake up at 6am, because commuting to work take time. There are heavy traffic jam at my work area, so I will need to reach the office early. For weekends, there are not time limit, but usually can sleep until very late, the body alarm clock may already set to wake up early, so after 8am, can;t sleep anymore.

Right after I wake up I thank God I am upright and breathing, then it is a few stretches and yawns, and off to the bathroom. During the week this occurs between 5 & 5:30 a.m., the sooner I get to work the sooner I leave. The weekend any time is determined by the activities I am doing.
