Vampire Diaries or Twilight? which is which?

All of us are aware of Twilight right? It's story, the casts, how the story will end, how the story twists because of the Saga book; but in Vampire Diaries, it's not.
I'm so crazy over these vampire stories, both twilight & TVD but The Vampire Diaries makes me so much crazy! It's cast, the twist and turns of the story, it's undeniably predictable! Season 1 is over, the story left me hanging. Im looking forward for season 2, I'm excited! Unlike twilight, excitement isn't there anymore.
How about you? which one do you prefer? :)

hehehe...haven't seen vimpire diaries..yeah twilight...every one knows about it anf right now people are going crazy about eclipse...saw the trailer..very nice...but there's this one movie that struck me most about vampires is INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE..have you seen it? casts brad pitt and tom cruise and Kirsten dunst...incredible movie...vampires or lychans?

Me too, saw the trailer but have no plans of watching it in Cinemas. haha
Intrview with the Vampire? haven't seen that movie. But thank you for telling me cause I will find its dvd. What year was that out? :) THANK YOU!

Hahaa Well you told me about vampire diaries, but I haven't seen any of it yet. You forgot to tell me the schedule and channel of the show. You should tell me soon so that I can tell you which one is better. But as of now since I haven't seen that, I choose TWILIGHT. I'm so excited to watch Eclipse, but I can't see it yet till we watch it with Babylove. As usual we always watch twilight together. Anyways, don't forget to tell me about vampire diaries okay? Have fun MYLOTs. SEe yeah.

hahaa Im sorry I forgot. hmm I think it's ETC 21 for Cignal? hahaa! I really forgot, but you should download Season 1 cause it already ended last May. Season 2 will be on September. You have to download it chixaholic! You'l really miss half of your life if you won't be able to watch it. hahaa
uh about the Eclipse, yeah right. I know you can't watch it without Babylove. When is she coming back? hehe

This topic was old but I stumbled upon it when I responded to a similar discussion. Vampire Diaries was also based from a book but since it became a series it was more exciting than twilight. I never liked twilight cuz I think it's too cheesy and not very vampire like stories. I'd rather choose to watch True Blood above all. Since it's way too long to release another season I came to like Vampire Diaries as well. :)

I prefer vampire diaries over twilight. I think vampire diaries caters to a slightly older crowd. I get more excited when watching the vampire diaries. Plus, I love Ian Somerhalder. I loved the twilight books, but I didn't like the movies. I thought they were too cheesy.
