Top seed Roger Federer was ousted from the men's singles quarterfinals at the Wimbledon Championships by Tomas Berdych from Czech. The world No. 2 Swiss insisted that he was not in his best form due to injuries. It is not easy season for him. He just lost No.1 on French Open. He and many fans look forward to going back No.1 on Wimbledon. However we have to wait. When?

Since the lung infection he suffered after the Aussie Open, Federer has not been himself. He lost in the quarters in the French and at the Wimbledon and has not won a tournament since. I think he needs to take some time out of the game and get back to full fitness. Then I think he should be back at the US Open to defend his title. Cheers! Ram

I hope not since I'm not a fan of his. But I'm not a fan of Nadal either. So I am ready for someone else to be No. 1.

I think it will happen again, but he has lost his midas touch. I just think perhaps he is passed his peak and that is great news for other players who wish to climd up the ranks. I also tink him loosing makes for a much more interesting conclusion to Wimbledon this year, rather then it being predictable.
