i know that my young dreams has come to gild.. i found a new job with better and friendlier atmosphere.. i am now in the process of establishing myself to my new boss. he gave me a nice feedback to those strongest attributes of mine that i have shown since i started working with him... i think i found now the harmony that i am searching since i started working in the office... i am still using the same login account and so my signature being appended to every email i made still the same as it is system generated.. now, since it is needed for me to make a request from the IT to change my profile, i need to fill-in the requisition form sent by IT to notify my former boss. my former boss need to accept my request and so as my new boss... once accepted, i could apply for all my intranet links which is needed for my new job. just like the SAP system and many others... the problem is, my former boss denied.. and he was telling that i refused to work inspite of leaving his management in due time. i gave my notice of resignation more than a month before i made a conclusion of finally leaving him after that duration...(you may trace the story from my earlier discusion about this) he also told me that he's going to block my ID and I am really woried about this.. i know that he does not want me to leave on the firsthand and as he said he cannot afford losing me.. but i said what i have written i will do it... so i quit legally.. i don't know but it seems that he does not like seeing me working near to his department.. i don't know any more reasons why he is acting like that and it really making me stress... oh God...

pretty tough huh..i had almost the same type of boss before..he is kinda selfish and he doesn't like to see any of his old employees working for another company..he prefers them to die working for him..but he is not making it easier to work with him too..anyways, since you are still in the same company but in different department only, you can certainly relay the things to your new boss..prepare your proofs: copy of your resignation letter and any other documents that will prove that you legally quit working for your previous boss..i think the management has the power to bypass such approval..check it with your IT people..

You're boss is selfish! Why he doesn't want you to discover another things aside from his department. If he is concern with your future as a good associate he must let you go. So far, I didn't encounter such a kind of boss here in my new working area. Let him think that by setting you free you it will add your experiences and also mingle another superior. Don't bother him mate. Keep going, don't be afraid.

hi Kumar that sounds like the old boss is really upset that you left, why the heck cannot he get over it? Can your new boss help you out in this dilemma with the old one refusing to stop blocking your ID . I would explain the situation in full to him and maybe he can offer a way around your cruddy old boss. What a meanie.
