A request to new members

Every day I receive ‘add friend’ requests, some are from very new members, I add them,

at the next moment a PM comes telling me to join this site or that under their referral, I hate this.

I always tell you I have no time for any online work or PTR/PTC/SURVEY sites etc Such PM is headache for me. If I get any such, I will be bound to report mylot administration and delete from my friend list too. Do you get any such message, don’t you feel irritated? Please share your views on this issue.

I hate this way to make a couple referrals. When I become a friend request from user that I do not know. I just reject it. Ya this idea is good. Report to mylot administrator and we will see what he will make.

hi bhuwanji, i too receive add friend requests regularly,but i am accepting each and every request,some times i may get message also stating that join in some sites,i will tell frankly stating that if i have already joins,i say sorry ,if not immediately i will register in the sites,now my friends list also increasing,have a nice day

I think that both measures are right and are what I have done. Erase them as friends as they are not friends I would like to have and report them. I do share links with friends but that is by mutual consent. What you are talking about is spamming.

This happens far too often. I always accept friends, if they have a low number I just take it that they are new members and are wanting to make new friends on here, I was new myself not all that long ago and I was always pleased when people accepted me onto their friends list. However when I accept someone and straight away I get such a message as you describe I do feel used and annoyed. It is this type of member who spoils myLot for me.

Hello professor, yes you are right i have noticed some new users doing that to me too and i found that very stupid too. i deleted them and report one of them too. but as you said people here are doing that thing. they send you friend's request and does that too you. take care of your self

That has started happening a lot lately. I hate it if they do not even post anything, and request I join a site. I also dislike them posting discussions about the sites, asking us to join. MyLot will clear them out fast, though.

Cool down Professor2010! They have not done anything wrong by sending PM like that. If they have started something like that in a post, then definitely it is against guidelines and you can report it. But PM can be of any invitation and it is not considered spamming, I hope. Just ignore them or delete them from your list.

I used to get those. I just ignored them. If the person persists in annoying people they will have their account deleted.

hi professor, i have had a few and i reply to them i have no time. but it is in bulk like say 10 to 15 a day, then it is really a headache. i guess u just delete them and your problem solved.

That's so annoying and definitely a headache. It's such a waste of time having to filter out spam. I haven't had any messages like that sent to me on myLot (yet) but it's happening to me a lot especially on Facebook and Twitter lately.

I agree with you @Professor2010, I am a new member and wants to have as many friends as possible, but do not like them to tell me to join their site. But after becoming a good and close frien then I can not say that

Herro Professor2010 I am not a new member, however I do not ask to be a friend so I can spam. I ask to be a friend if I think I can help a person. I have received a few solicitations, I simply delete them It isn't worth my effort to take the time to report to admin. I simply delete the PM and friendship. Prosperous mylotting

I have som esimilar experience, me too getting add request from new mylotters, I welcome all of the new members on mylot and at the same time do not expect too many private messages for referal and other bonus things. Its good to be connected on MyLot and enjoy discussion along with making money but using this site for other purpose is not my idea. Even I do not have much time to visit many sites. Its long weekend and I am back on MyLot.

Hi Prof, I do get a lot of messages like that from new users. and it's kinda irritating. It would be okay if you just send them a message like welcome to mylot and here are tips to earn money from mylot esp.when they are asking how to earn in here but asking me to join this site and become their referral can sometimes be irritating as we my email gets flooded with this kind of requests. Uggghhh it wold be okay to send referral link if we ask for them not like shove it in our faces.
