Can You Suggest A Good Pillow?

My pillow is killing me. I have been suffering from stiff neck for over a month now. Well frankly speaking my cousin took my pillow and I have this hard one that puts me into a lot of pain. I also bought a new one which was quite pricey at that but when I placed in that washing machine it shrunk! Could you please suggest what brand of pillow is good and where to buy it? Oh please suggest one that ships internationally. Oh also what material is good?

I am not sure if it ships internationally, and furthermore I am not even sure if they make this kind of pillow, but I was thinking of a serta pillow. I think they make these types of pillows, and from what I've heard the beds are very comfortable, so I am sure the pillows would also be. I'd say get a pillow with memory foam if you can, as you will be able to sleep in comfort as it contours to your sleeping habits.

I am not sure to be honest, but I believe they are cheap so it wouldn't be that much of a loss if they didn't work, and you could always turn it into a couch pillow!

Hi candyfairy21, it's sorry to learn that you have suffered from the disgusting stiff neck pain for more than a month. I hate such terrible pain as well as it always puts me in the depressed mood. I wonder why such awful pain would cause me uneasy and made me hardly concentrate on my work totally. After suffering from the stiff neck several times within a short period, I was advised to do regular physical exercise to strengthen the body muscle as well as to promote the blood circulation. I use a normal pillow which is soft and thin since then. Sometimes I just sleep comfortably without resting my head on the pillow. After having exercise regularly as well as changing the pillow I never suffer from the stiff neck torture anymore Take care and happy posting

Several years ago my husband and I bought memory foam pillows (Temperpedic) for ourselves and those are the best pillows that I've ever experienced in my life. I know there are several different companies that make this kind of pillow and there is a good chance that you would be able to find one local to you such that you wouldn't have to worry about the cost of shipping the pillow. For us, we never leave home without our pillows.

Right sleeping posture - A good night sleep can work wonders.
Dear friend, since you say you are already suffering from a stiff neck for over a month now you are coming in for Spondylitis. I would suggest that you treat yourself first of this condition. Sleep on the floor on the carpet with just on bedspread, without pillow for few days until your neck condition improves. The softest pillow in the world is the crook of your arm placed under your head. I am sure you are spending time on PC, or a notebook. Improve your posture. That also must be giving you a stiff neck. Later on, you can look for a pillow but in all probability once you get used to sleeping without pillow you would never want to have one. Happy mylotting, have a nice day.

The Dream Solutions brand Latex and Fiber foam pillows are excellent therapeutic, long-lasting pillows. Also, try the Serta pillows that come in Medium, Firm and X Firm comfort levels. (Former Mattress salesperson)
