What is the perfect nut for your chocolate?

I think I love almonds best for my chocolates. I don't know why. Almonds taste great with or without chocolate, and the same goes for chocolates - they still taste just as good without the almonds.

I love almonds and walnuts for my chocolate. I eat this once in a while especially when I am lonely. This is my comfort food. I don't buy it often because I want to limit my intake of sweet food for healthier reasons.

Hi, ivygrey. Walnuts, pecans and almonds always seem to be the best for me! I love them in chocolate and in ice cream. They are so very delicious this way!

aw...for me its gotta be hazel nut since i'm a big fan of ferrero rocher! haha and another one that i think really goes well with chocolate is almond and macademia nuts. oh i so love chocolates with nuts, and i guess whatever nuts in there i can appreciate.

Well i like almonds and risens with chocolate, they add a great taste.

I just saw this and I HAD to reply! Almonds in my chocolate is pretty much the only thing I had and known to love until I discovered hazelnuts. I. Just. Love. Hazelnuts. Especially in my chocolate! There's a brand of chocolate called Ritter Sport and they have HUGE hazelnuts in each bar. Their crunchy texture is perfect for chocolate and the flavor is not too overpowering. They're a lot of fun to eat too!

i typically dont like nuts in my chocolate bar but i do like chocolate covered almonds though.

Almonds and hazelnuts are my two favourites, but I've never tried pistachios with chocolate, I always associate them with being salty but the salt is probably added when they process them so I'm sure you could mix them with chocolate. I'm sure I've seen them in ice cream too so they do mix with sweet things, I bet walnuts go well with choclate too, in fact I know they do as I've eaten a walnut whip which has a walnut on top.

The perfect nut for my chocolate is almonds. I love chocolates with almonds. My mom likes it too. There were times before that she would give me some money to buy some chocolates with almonds in them, and she just take the almonds out and I have to eat the chocolates without the almonds. lol Man! I miss those times with my mom.

i love chocolate with hazelnut, almonds or cashew.the best of the best is of course the almond type because i love eating almonds very much.they are just perfect.only then i will choose plain chocolate.

I enjoy almonds in my chocolates. I like Hershey's with Almonds, Kisses chocolates with almonds and M&M's with almonds . I also like Macadamia nuts in my chocolate. Whenever my sister in law comes home from Australia, She brings home boxes of chocolate coated macadamia nuts.

My top 2 would be hazelnut and praline. Next would be the regular nuts, like the ones used by M&M's.

Cashew nut! I'm just crazy about it! I'd love to eat it every day, but it's too expensive and makes you fat xD

i always like, forever will be... plain chocolate! lol. i get to eat chocolates with nuts, almonds at times, but i still prefer plain chocolate, no nuts or anything... just the chocolate.

ivygry oh hazelnuts by all means as I had one with raisins and hazel nuts inside the chocolate bar and it was the most delicious bar I had ever ate and it w as super dark chocolate the best kind for getting antioxidants too,Cadbury was the one who made that. Chocolate and almonds are also delicious too. But hazel nuts to me top the list and I have had some with brazil nuts that were really good but still hazel nuts really combine for a special taste. so good.
