writers.ph is good and recommendable.Check it out. You are paid for writing something depending on the client's order or request.

I think Fanfiction.net is the site for you. If you're not looking for pay for your works that is. Plus, you could also interact with the other readers and writers in ffdotnet as they can write reviews or comments for your stories. So the site would be a good avenue for you to express your talents while honing and improving them through the suggestions other writers will give you. =)

Hmmmmp... how about creating your own blog and writing, inviting people to come read your stories.. that can be a good idea in my opinion..
