Where do you usually bring your used or stuff that you don't use anymore? I bring mine to homeless and give it to them so they can benefit free stuff and use it. But some of my friends they bring it to thrift shop to sell and make money which is okay too. How about you fellow mylotters?

I give mine to a thriftshop that is run by an organization that supports women and children who are abused at home. I think it is a good cause, and the thrift shop is very close to my house, so that's why I've chosen that one.

I usually dont have much used stuff as I really watch when I'm bying things that I dont buy something that for example then I'll never wear and It'll then just sit there in the closet, but if I do have used stuff I dont need anyomore or I overgrown it, I usually give it to close friends who are unable to buy many clothes themselves.

If it's something that I believe worth selling I will list on ebay when they have a free listing day. Should an item fail to sell, or it's something I do not believe would sell, I will take it to a charity shop. It will be given under gift aid, whereby the charity can claim back standard rate tax on their sales. Therefore if they sell something that I have donated for £10, they will get £2.50 back from the HMRC.

I usually give mine to our not so fortunate neighbors. It feels good to give things without expecting anything in return.

We have a local thrift store that takes donations of clothes, ect. They re-sale these items and turn around and buy food for the homless and hungry. They also help in other ways in our town.So I sometimes donate clothes, furniture, and even food.
