If you enjoy giving others, unconditionally; if you enjoy being around people; if you feel like your life is on the right track; if you aren't afraid to stand up for what you believe; thats mean you're happy..^^ You have strong positive attitude that has gotten you through tough times. When you feel confused, you just step back and remember that things will w pork themselves out. You MUST proud of who you are^^

I am a very happy person. I am a very positive person and am not a optimistic. I always strive to be happy. I may get sad for a while but i always become happy again. I think Amy's Bloom list of five components of happiness is true because the five rules that she says are true. People need to find a job they like, have a good relationship with people, get enough sleep, learn to love people, and have a good health, safety, food and shelter. Happiness is most often contingent on some form of perspective or outlook. To one, enough is far greater than to another. This being the case, having"enough" of something or having some qualified form of meaningfulness is simply indeterminable. A person can live in complete happiness without ever having sufficient food or "meaningful" relationship if that person is fulfilled in his or her direction.

Happiness may be one of the elusive things you always strive for but never quite find. To be happy one must change the way we view events in our lives. Change the response change the reaction. Accept the way things are as being the way they need to be.

Well I am not 100% happy but I am not sad. There are times that I am not happy maybe because I want more and I am not contented. However, it does not stops me or prevents me for feeling happy in any ways. Even though I am having this feeling, I know I will overcome it and believing that no one or one in a hundred is experiencing this 100% happiness in their life.

I think that's nirvana you're pertaining too. That would seem impossible to attain, i mean perfect happiness is not just possible for us that have endless needs. Because we people, just don't get contented of what we have. But probably a man would say this if they just got laid lol. Well for me i think, when i have achieve all of my goals and aims in life, i would be happy enough. Thanks for the topic and much respect.

the question you are asking is very much relative and we dont find certain answers for such questions.. when people ask me whether you are happy ill say i am happy which means i am 100% happy.i think there is no such thing that you are half happy and half sad. even if it exists we must take positive half. and i suppose this is the situation with each and every person in this world. i think every one in this world would have one or other problem. people who faces these problems and overcomes them will be the happy persons. and this state wont stays longer as new problems and challenges will come every day. so every one in this world each and every minute will always try , work , fight for being happy by achieving what they want. and this is happiness in my view . wot say baby?

For me happiness is a feeling that can't be bought, one can never achieve happiness. Happiness is a decision we make. We may be sick, alone, broke, but if we chose to be happy, be content with what we have , accept the fact that there are things in life that we cannot control, we can always have that peace of mind and happiness in our hearts and soul.

Nobody can say that he is 100% happy with his life and the fact is that nobody is . It is human nature that one is not satisfied with what he has got. Personally i am not very happy with my life but it happens in life. Good and bad times come and go in cycles. Brave heart and focussed mind can bear anything in life

This is a simple question, but it will take a complicated answer to cover the subject. Now many people will jump to the conclusion that if they had a crores and crores of bank balance, all their problems would be solved. We do know that a huge bank balance would help many of us with some of our financial problems, but let us look at some real problems.we have three groups of people — the satisfied, the dissatisfied and the unsatisfied. Some are satisfied over their achievements and their status in society. They have no real concerns about tomorrow. In other words, they have it made — they think. Every now and then you will hear someone make this statement: "I got mine, now go and get yours." There is the group that is dissatisfied. Now we see these people every day. They are there on the job, in your family, in your class and they attend church with you. These people are not happy about anything. They do not like their child's teacher, and they are very unhappy with their minister. We must tell ourselves that when we are unhappy and dissatisfied about other people, our job, the boss, the system and everything around us, we are saying that we are not happy about ourselves. People with negative attitudes can turn a sunny day into a rough, stormy day for you. They can bring about a depression that will leave you sick. Isn't it strange that people will go out of their way to make you feel bad? The satisfied and dissatisfied groups are two extremes that we do not need in our lives. We know the traits of both groups. The satisfied group so often has no compassion for others and cannot see the needs around them. The dissatisfied group has many hangups. Every now and then you will hear one of them say, "I just can't stand that person." The dissatisfied group will spend time in making a list of the people that they do not like, and will try to get other people to join with them in this action. People do not need real reason to dislike you. Wonderful things happen in human relationships and within our hearts when we unload the burdens of resentment, conflicts, jealousy, envy and that unforgiving spirit. The third group listed are the unsatisfied people. This is the group where we should find some outstanding people. For the unsatisfied people can look around, as they do, and discover the many opportunities for services to mankind. This group is telling itself that "I have not yet arrived." They know that there are people around us who are in need of many services and help. The strange thing is that man is satisfied with so little in himself but demands so much in others. We cannot be satisfied until we have put forth outstanding efforts in lifting the fallen, helping the weak and the poor, and by all means, we must remember that we are in this together. We must work together to help bring about a quality life in our community. The time is here when we must know who we are, whose we are, and what we are. When this becomes a reality, then we will become satisfied.
