Weight loss and sweets

Do you like sweets? But can't eat it as you want to reduce weight? It is really difficult to resist food that you like for longer time. So once in a while you can choose from following - - A small quantity like 3 or 4 dried fruits - 1 small sweet biscuit - 1 small jelly - A small chocolate But make sure you are not exceeding given quantity and eat it with your meal.

Sweets are my downfall! I would rather have a great piece of cake or dessert than my main meal at times. Out of sight - out of mind helps but then we have a vendor at work that brings in delicious food for us and well, you know, it is hard to pass up! lol

LOSE WEIGHT? Are you mad. Most woman out their become obsessed with diets and calculations and anorexia and fat and blah blah blah. By the way I am a man, and I'm trying to gain weight. Its harder than you know. Everything I eat is just going down my butt!!!! I AM TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT. MAY GOD HELP ME AND YOU!!!!!!!!
