Back then I have a good paying job I designed customized jersey, I was a working student then so I work from 9 am to 6 pm then go to scholl from 10pm to 2am. I stay at the factory of our company since we have a barracks there but since I go to school at the night I need to knock on the door and wake up who ever holds the key to open the gate. He is an old man caretaker of the factory he don't like me so he make up a story to my boss that I'm jump over the gate whenever I get out the factory when the gate is locked a thing I never did even once since the gate is about 10ft tall how could I crossover from it and jump. My Boss know that I'm a working student he likes me for being a hard worker so I was promoted at my first year as supervisor but that old man hates me because instead of his son will be the one promoted it was I who get promoted, so he wanted me to get fired so that his son could take my position. And he succeeded with his plan, I was called to my boss office a memo was given to me I should answer the memo first but my Boss wife said I can go now and surrender my ID (meaning I'm fired) they hold my last salary and also my back pay even get the money I kept in my locker they say that I was responsible for all those missing materials in the factory and I should be thankful that they don't send me to jail or file a suit against me. Holy sh*t! do yo think this is pair?

Actually it depends on the situation. If your boss think that the most beneficial thing to people in that work is kicking you out, benefitarianist theory,it can be fair to fire you because your work cause most people' life incurred.

No, i had the same experience. I can politics at work can really be influential. My only advice for you is to move on and look for a much better job and a promising work environment. Well it's their lost anyway.

waaahh.. its so terrible and its very hard situation, I'm sorry to read this. But all that you feel sometimes happened with other people. they dont play fair with competition on working field. And your boss must do cross check before receive report from the gate keeper or the old man caretaker of that factory. You know life ? no one said it fair.

Well, it is rather unfair to get fired for the offense one did not commit. However, such things happen so as to make way for a good place that you wouldn't have thought of if you are not fired. However, they would have paid you your dues after thorough investigation that you knew nothing about the missing items

If you are sure that you are innocent and the boss is not listen to you, now as a next step, you can write everything. In your verbal communication, you have proved our innocence. As a matter of fact, now you prepare a detailed letter with maximum innocent and the reason for the misunderstanding and with whatever proof you can provide. Show the letter to a close senior person and get it verified. Afterwards you can submit the the written letter to them. Again, even after they are not willing to listen to you, find some other alternatives. I am not justifyig them. As you dont't have any proof or witness as evidence they will find you faulty. Also try to get someone for your help and explain all your position to them. Sometime they also could help you. Best of luck, Regards, Thank-s

The labor environment is very troubled and competitive and lamentably the people do any thing for progressing, nothing matters for them and obio that this measure that your chief wants to take is a madness, on the basis of lies they want to sanction you, there forces friend, that already they will come better times.

It is not fair but you couldn't do anything to change it, remember that as long as you hold the truth, things will suddenly change to your side in the right time. Just think that it might not the right job for you or something positive to make you feel good, be optimistic. Stay on god's side and everything will be OK, with God, nothing can possibly go wrong.

It is complete unfair and here in the US the can be sued for libel if they made untrue accusation about you. Unless this caretaker has evidence that you did this, he should be fired. http://cheapdslrprofessional.blogspot.com/

Of course it's not fair. The question is can you prove that he was lying? What legislation to provide you with an opportunity to challenge your dismissal? I am from the UK, so things are different here and I cannot really give you useful advice, except perhaps some for the future. I've met some pretty unpleasant people in the work place, and keep a diary of what ever I encounter, be it good or bad. That way you have a regular account of what happens at work. What ever you do, good luck.

From what you've written it seems like a case of nepotism, when family members are promoted or hired for jobs over other qualified people. I definately agree that you were done wrong and if you didn't file a complaint you should have.
